Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion model and actor from the United States. Apart from being a part of his Road Trip role, he has also been seen in The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. Also, he's appeared on 22 shows on television, such as Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order among others. Qualls has survived Hodgkin's lymphoma. He was first diagnosed when he turned 14 years old. Two years later, the cancer is now in Remission. The body of his was greatly damaged by the treatment and development slowed down. Security in the financial realm was his primary goal once he got started because he had experienced poverty throughout his entire childhood. I've been living so cheaply and for so long, I'm able been able to enjoy that financial security or the world feels beyond my control, he stated in an interview. He reflects on his youth and feels an urge to do something against bullies. The cruelty he experiences breaks his heart. His ideal role in film as well as in real life is the father. But he says "Directors do not cast me in the roles I'm in." He would like to become a father and be able to devote more time to his work and more time to his son.
